East Mebon Temple is in Siem Reap Province was built in 10th Century by king's of Cambodia Rajendravarman II it stands on what was an artificial island at the center of the now dry East Baray,The Architectural style of Khmer Empire. The East Mebon was dedicated to the Hindu god Shiva and honors the parents of the king and the temple was built of the south Rajendravarman's state temple and 1,200 meters from Baray.
